Refunds & Exchange Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. To preserve the integrity, hygience, and quality of our products, returned items cannot be resold or passed on to another customer.

If you wish to exchange a product for another item, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist in resolving the matter and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

Klēn products are eligible for exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are valid only for orders placed on www.klen.sg
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligble for exchange through our website
  • All products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
